Launch Instagram by clicking on the + icon in the top right-left corner. Instagram will open your gallery and shows all your videos and photos stored on your phone’s storage.

Once You press that button Instagram gives you the option to choose who you would like to share your story with. Choose the My Story option, and the story will be public for the following 24 hours.
