Uploading photos and Videos in the Post:
Launch Instagram by clicking on the + icon in the top right-left corner. Instagram will open your gallery and shows all your videos and photos stored on your phone’s storage.

Uploading videos and Photos on a Story:
Launch the Instagram application and then click on the “your Story” icon, aligned to other stories.
Instagram allows you to use the camera and shoot videos and photos in the present time. You can also click on the icon located in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen to upload a photo or video to the photo gallery. Once you’ve clicked or uploaded a photo or video, click the arrow that appears on the right-hand side of the screen.
Now you’re at the editing screen of your story. In the upper right corner of your media, you will be able to view tools to add stickers, tests to add loops to your video or crop, and even a highlighter to highlight certain parts in your narrative. It is possible to move your screen towards the left and change the filters. Once you’ve edited your photo and video, press the share button on the right-hand side of the screen.
Once You press that button Instagram gives you the option to choose who you would like to share your story with. Choose the My Story option, and the story will be public for the following 24 hours. You can choose to switch to the “add highlights to your profile “add to highlight” option to permit the story to stay in your profile.
